How does our relationship work?
At The Kitty Custodian you're more than just a "client." We value transparent communication that you can count on. We are committed to respecting you and your home at every step of the process. Building trust is important to us, and we don't take it lightly.
What should I do before The Kitty Custodian team arrives?
You hired us to clean your house so you don't have to. Yet so often people feel like they need to have their house clean... for the cleaners. Doesn't make much sense, does it? It would be helpful, however, if you could do a quick de-clutter of your home. This will empower our cleaners to get all the cracks and crannies. But this should be quick and simple!

What do you charge?
We charge $65 per hour per cleaner. So, if there are two cleaners it's $130 an hour, etc. Give us a quick text and lets talk about your clean and see if we're a good fit.
How does scheduling work?
This is what sets us apart... our scheduling process is SIMPLE. When it's time to get something on the calendar, we will send you a link to our calendar system. If something comes up and you need to change the date of the clean, you can do so automatically. Simply click the "reschedule" link in the calendar invite, find a time, and BAM! It really is that easy.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Our policy requires a 24 hour notice for any reschedules or cancellations. If this requirement is not met, we charge a $100 fee. This allows us to respect the time of our cleaners and keep our operations well organized. We appreciate your understanding of this policy and are thrilled to serve you.
What if you miss something during the clean?
We do our best to make sure every corner of your house is spick-and-span. Our cleaners work hard and we're human. We know that mistakes happen, and so do you. We have high standards and we make sure our work meets those standards. If we missed something, we will make it right. Our community is very important to us.
Do I need to provide the cleaning products?
Nope! Our team of playful professionals will show up with a smile on their face and everything they need to make your home feel refreshed. However, if you have products you'd like us to use, simply let us know!
Can pets be home while you clean?
Furry friends are a part of the family, and that's true for us too! We love meeting and greeting your pets. We even bring treats to every house clean! So, yes - pets are welcome!
