If you need something not specified on our list (such as a sports court) please let us know. If we can accommodate it, we’re more than happy to get that for you. Just ask!

Move In - Move Out - Market Prep Cleans
- All services included in Standard/Deep cleans
- Inside of appliances (fridge, freezer, oven)
- Inside of cupboards/cabinets
- We prefer to work with a detailed list of what needs to be done.
- Photos and video are very helpful for us to prepare
What We Don’t Do
- Dishes (a stray spoon or cup is fine)
- Laundry
- Carpet/upholstery stains or steam-cleaning
- Organizing
Booking
- We require a 2-hour minimum for every clean.
- We will give a best guess timing for a first clean based on your square footage, number of bathrooms, and other details you provide us at the time of booking.
- We promise to stay within your budget, and keep you informed of what we can and cannot get completed within the agreed timing and budget.
Equipment & Supplies
- We provide all of our own cleaning equipment and supplies.
- We use non-toxic, biodegradable, and environmentally friendly products: water + vinegar, organic essential oils (Doterra)
- We use a limited number of specialized products for deeper cleans that are biodegradable and more environmentally friendly.
Pricing
- $65/hour - per cleaner for Standard & Deep Cleans (i.e. $130/hour for two cleaners, $195/hour for three cleaners, and so forth)
- $75/hour - per cleaner for Move In, Move Out, Market Prep Cleans ($150/hr for two cleaners, $225/hr for three cleaners, etc.)
